Your use of this Site
Paired Resourcing provides you access to pairedresourcing.com.au in order to inform you of our services and assist you at every stage of the recruitment process.
You will not use the Site for, or to encourage, any unlawful purpose; nor post or transmit on the Site inaccurate, incomplete or false information (including in the case of candidates, biographical information about yourself and/or information about your ability to work in the Australia or elsewhere); nor will you post or transmit on the Site any slanderous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material.
By accessing this Site, you have agreed to our Terms And Conditions. You will not post or transmit on the Site any material which contains any virus or other disabling devices which interferes or may interfere with the operation of the Site; or which alters or deletes any information which you have no authority to alter or delete; or which overloads the Site by spamming or flooding it. You will not use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, or otherwise damage the operation of this Site. You further confirm that you will not take any action that affects Paired Resourcings’ reputation or that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens others.
Paired Resourcing in its sole discretion shall delete from the Site immediately and without prior notice any material that it deems not to comply with our Terms And Conditions.
For Clients
Where Paired Resourcing introduces a candidate either by telephone or e-mail for an assignment or permanent employment, this will be subject to our Terms of Service as applicable. We will provide all of our clients with a copy of our Terms of Service and Fee Guarantee Payment Terms sent to them at the point of registration or commencement of recruitment activity. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in substitution for our Terms of Service.
* Replacement Guarantees are negotiated at engagement of each servicing request. The minimum guarantee period is 3 months and in some cases can be extended up to 6 months. This is stated in the Fee, Guarantee and Payment Terms.
Our success and retention rate of 98% is based on a average, for permanent placement and assessed yearly on June 31st. This success rate is an result of those successful in seeing out their minimal guarantee period whether 3-6 months in length.

As a convenience, this Site may contain links to external websites, which have content that may be of interest you. We accept no responsibility for or liability in respect of the content of those sites. Paired Resourcing should not be taken as having reviewed or approved such sites or their contents, nor does it warrant that any links to such sites work or are up to date. The use of any such links is entirely at your own risk. Any third parties wishing to link to our Site may do so provided links are to the home page only of the Site and provided we are notified in advance by email to info@pairedresourcing.com.au.
Changes to or temporary unavailability of this Site
Every effort is made to keep the Site up and running smoothly and fault-free. However, Paired Resourcing takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Site being temporarily unavailable for reasons of maintenance / improvement, or due to technical issues beyond our control. Paired Resourcing may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting amended Terms of Use to the Site. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms of Use when you next use this site following any amendment.
Liability and Disclaimer
The information contained on this Site including any salary information or surveys are given in good faith and Paired Resourcing uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate. However, Paired Resourcing gives no representation or warranty in respect of such information and all such representations and warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded.
No liability is accepted by Paired Resourcing for any loss or damage which may arise out of any person relying on or using any information on this Site. Paired Resourcing will remain indemnified in consequence of or any indirect loss or damages caused what so ever (including without limitation by reason of misrepresentation, negligence, other tort, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty) which arise directly or indirectly from the subject matter of this Site.
You agree fully to indemnity us and keep us fully indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this Site.
Whilst we take all reasonable endeavours to ensure candidate information is kept confidential and in accordance with the Privacy Act; we do not guarantee that any employer or Client will keep confidential any candidate information or data provided to them.
Seminars
The information contained on our seminars should be used for educational purposes only and is based on research conducted by Paired Resourcing. Paired Resourcing gives no representation or warranty in respect of such information and all such representations and warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded. Bookings are to be made in advanced and we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment or limited availability. Re-scheduling or cancellations of bookings must be made 24 hours in advance or the seminar voucher is void. We do not guarantee employment through our training and seminars. Through booking and confirming attendance at one of our seminars, you have confirmed that you read and understood our terms and conditions. Paired Resourcing is completely indemnified for any loss or misuse of the information provided. The information provided in the seminars are under copy-write, and Paired Resources holds the right to prosecute any individual who copies or re-distributes any information provided by Paired Resourcing. Paired Resourcing provides tools and information in good faith and uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate.
