Paired Resourcing provides you access to pairedresourcing.com.au in order to inform you of our services and assist you at every stage of the recruitment process.
You will not use the Site for, or to encourage, any unlawful purpose; nor post or transmit on the Site inaccurate, incomplete or false information (including in the case of candidates, biographical information about yourself and/or information about your ability to work in the Australia or elsewhere); nor will you post or transmit on the Site any slanderous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material.
By accessing this Site, you have agreed to our Terms And Conditions. You will not post or transmit on the Site any material which contains any virus or other disabling devices which interferes or may interfere with the operation of the Site; or which alters or deletes any information which you have no authority to alter or delete; or which overloads the Site by spamming or flooding it. You will not use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, or otherwise damage the operation of this Site. You further confirm that you will not take any action that affects Paired Resourcings’ reputation or that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens others.
Paired Resourcing in its sole discretion shall delete from the Site immediately and without prior notice any material that it deems not to comply with our Terms And Conditions.
Where Paired Resourcing introduces a candidate either by telephone or e-mail for an assignment or permanent employment, this will be subject to our Terms of Service as applicable. We will provide all of our clients with a copy of our Terms of Service and Fee Guarantee Payment Terms sent to them at the point of registration or commencement of recruitment activity. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in substitution for our Terms of Service.
* Replacement Guarantees are negotiated at engagement of each servicing request. The minimum guarantee period is 3 months and in some cases can be extended up to 6 months. This is stated in the Fee, Guarantee and Payment Terms.
Our success and retention rate of 98% is based on a average, for permanent placement and assessed yearly on June 31st. This success rate is an result of those successful in seeing out their minimal guarantee period whether 3-6 months in length.

Bookings are to be made in advanced and we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment or limited availability. Re-scheduling or cancellations of bookings must be made 24 hours in advance or the seminar voucher is void. We do not guarantee employment through our training and seminars. Through booking and confirming attendance at one of our seminars, you have confirmed that you read and understood our terms and conditions. Paired Resourcing is completely indemnified for any loss or misuse of the information provided. The information provided in the seminars are under copy-write, and Paired Resources holds the right to prosecute any individual who copies or re-distributes any information provided by Paired Resourcing.
